ESP celebrates Loud Shirt Day 2024
Spotlight on the importance of communication – for a good cause!
We are proud to celebrate an ESP initiative we started 3 years ago which aligns with our core values of approachability, respect, and honesty. This year, we are once again participating in ESP Loud Shirt Day — a fun and meaningful event that raises awareness and vital funds for children who are deaf or hearing impaired.
ESP’s annual Loud Shirt Day is inspired by this day celebrated in New Zealand which raises awareness and support for children and adults who are hard of hearing. At ESP we promote this day by encouraging our global teams to wear their brightest shirts (or accessories) to highlight the importance of communication. We believe that communication is the foundation of success, both in business and in life. It helps foster collaboration, trust, and understanding, creating an environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
Why Loud Shirt Day Matters
For children who are deaf or hearing impaired, access to the right support can be life-changing. This is where organisations like The National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS) come in. They provide essential resources, support, and advocacy for deaf children and their families. By participating in Loud Shirt Day, we aim to not only have fun and focus on our ability to effectively communicate for success, but also to raise awareness of the challenges these children face and help make a difference in their lives. 🧡🗣️

On Friday, 18th October, ESP offices were buzzing with energy as our teams donned their loudest shirts and boldest accessories in celebration of Loud Shirt Day. Beyond raising awareness, we are committed to making a difference by raising funds to support the incredible work of the NDCS.
