ESP wins International Tech Company of the Year 2025!
We’re delighted to announce that ESP Global Services has won International Tech Company of the Year at the Thames Valley Tech & Innovation Awards 2025.
Held at the Select Car Leasing Stadium in Reading, UK, the event recognised technology organisations across the Thames Valley that are making a difference through innovation, growth and global impact. ESP was shortlisted alongside Aurum Solutions, Content Guru, Redstor and Tower Cold Chain – all respected businesses in the international tech space.
A global win for a global business
As a company with strong UK roots and global reach, this award is especially meaningful. The Thames Valley is recognised as one of Europe’s leading tech hubs – often referred to as the ‘Silicon Valley of Europe’ – and plays a key role in shaping the future of technology on the world stage. To be recognised within this community is a testament to our continued growth and ambition.
Global reach, delivered with care
This award reflects how ESP continues to expand internationally while staying focused on delivering consistently high-quality support. Our services now reach across more than 160 countries, through 26 global entities. Every day, we support critical IT operations for organisations in aviation, retail, manufacturing, charity, and other sectors – combining over 32 years of technology expertise with a people-first approach.
The judges also acknowledged our significant expansion in the United States, particularly in the aviation sector, where we’ve continued to invest in people, infrastructure and partnerships.
Designed for scale, powered by people
From our multilingual 24/7 service desk to scalable digital platforms like AirportNow and Click2Fix, our ability to meet the needs of global clients has evolved rapidly over the last year. But our success remains rooted in collaboration – both with our customers and across our own teams worldwide.
Commenting on the win, CEO Andy Jenner said:
“We’re honoured to receive this recognition. It reflects the energy and commitment of our people across the world – as well as our shared drive to deliver services that make a real difference to our customers.”
We’re proud to represent the UK as an export-led technology business and excited about the next stage of our international journey.
