Click2Fix and Scan2Fix: New names for trusted tools
At ESP, we’re constantly looking for ways to make IT support more intuitive, responsive and aligned to real-world needs.
That’s why we’ve rebranded two of our most widely used tools – ESP Help and ESP Help Mobile – to better reflect what they do and how they’re used:

Click2Fix is the new name for ESP Help, our desktop application that allows airport agents and frontline staff to raise IT faults quickly and easily. With one click, issues are reported, routed and actioned — helping keep operations on track.

Scan2Fix is the new name for ESP Help Mobile, our mobile app used by field engineers and operational staff to scan equipment, raise tickets and respond to incidents in real time — right from the terminal floor.
Available on both iOS and Android, Scan2Fix is designed for environments with a mature asset lifecycle management process. It enables fast, accurate fault reporting using a simple barcode scan — allowing users to identify any tagged asset, view key information and log the issue in seconds. The app automatically sends the location of the fault to the nearest available technician, speeding up response times.
Faults can be tracked and updated in real time, giving airport teams better visibility and control across all IT equipment — from self-service kiosks and bag drops to passport scanners and boarding gates.
For many of our airport customers, the appeal is clear: putting Scan2Fix in the hands of more operational staff means more eyes on the ground, quicker fault detection, faster resolution and ultimately, fewer delays. It’s a powerful way to drive uptime and deliver a seamless passenger journey.

If you’re already using ESP Help or ESP Help Mobile, you don’t need to do anything. You’ll see the new names reflected in our communications, but your experience stays the same.
