- Troubleshoot and undertake fault diagnosis on all assigned hardware related customer incidents and successfully resolve the issues
- Provide updates to the ESP Service Desk on all live customer incidents and service requests, so that progress is updated
- Review areas impacting operational efficiency and identify improvements
- Ensure that customer escalations are successfully resolved
